CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. Your appointment time is just for you. To keep everyone's experience smooth and on schedule, I offer a 10 minute grace period for arrivals. If you arrive within the 10 minute grace period I will do everything I can to provide your full service. If you arrive beyond the 10 minute grace period, your appointment may require rescheduling to avoid impacting the next client's appointment. If I'm unable to accommodate the service due to late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy on file.
